Biography[]
Bob Buoy is a scuba diver and submarine operator who works at the Aquatic Rescue Command Center (ARCC) with his partner, Gil Gripper. He is the leader of the ARCC and often acts as the operations supervisor during missions.
In the series, Buoy often says "Hoo-Ya! Victory is assured!" a cheer he proudly uses before, during or after a mission (more often after a successful mission).

- Bob Buoy makes a face cameo on the System Locator in Rescue Heroes: The Movie, when Billy Blazes contacts him and Gil Gripper and tells them lightning from one of the lightning storms of Storms of Destruction hit a ship and it's now sinking, so he sends Bob and Gil there to rescue the people on the ship.
