- In this episode, after Billy Blazes says, "Think like a rescue hero", he does not say "Think safe". Instead, it was actually Eddie.
- The title is a play on the terms "Four Alarm Fire" which means a really serious fire require attention of many fire companies, and "Fire and Brimstone", an idiom for anger and wrath.
